Welcome To Homeward Bound’s Home Owners Club

Membership includes:

· Trouble Shooting The Unexpected– Once in your new home if a problem arises we are there for you. For example, if you find a wet area in the basement, we will help determine the cause of the leak and recommend the best solution.

· Choosing Contractors & Evaluating Bids/Estimates– When hiring a contractor, we are there for you. We will help you with the intimidating task of going over different bids and estimates. We can help members determine which contractor and proposal is the best value, so you can choose with confidence.

· Product Recommendations– When adding or replacing anything home related, we are there for you. With 25 years of experience we will recommend the best products for your needs, from back up sump pumps, to attic insulation we know what works best.

· Onsite Consultations- Most consultations can be done over the phone or through emails and faxes. In some cases however onsite consultations will be needed. As Club members, there is no charge for onsite consultations. Instances where we have helped choose contractors for example, we strongly encourage an onsite consultation to verify that a quality job was done.

· Quarterly Home Maintenance Reminders- Home Owners Club members will also receive a quarterly “Things to do for your Home” checklist via email. Preventive maintenance is the best policy now and when it comes time for you to sell your home.
